Salad greens, tomato, Greek olives, and Feta cheese.
Gyro (YEE-ro) - available outside
Sliced gas-fired spit-roasted lamb, onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce,
with a delicious cucumber sauce. A Greek favorite!
Baklava (bach-lah-VAH)
Chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and many thin layers of filo dough, baked to
a golden brown and drenched with honey syrup.
Karithopita (kah-ree-THOUGH-peeta) - Walnut Cake
A dark, rich chopped walnut cake soaked in honey syrup.
Galatobouriko (gah-lah-tow-BOO-ree-ko)
Delicately flavored custard baked in filo dough dipped in honey syrup.
Kataifi (Kah-tah-EE-fee)
Chopped nuts layered between a shredded dough, brushed with melted butter,
baked and soaked in honey syrup.
Kourambiethes (Kou-rahm-bee-E-thes)
Greek butter cookie topped with powdered sugar.
Finikia (fee-NEEK-yah)
Moist oval cinnamon cookies dipped in honey syrup and sprinkled in ground
walnuts.
